Wrong name on My Mattress!

This does not happen often but occasionally the manufacturer will sew the wrong name on a mattress. We discussed in our Blog previously that manufacturers have several different names for the exact same bed. With all these names occasionally they can mistakenly place the wrong name tag on the mattress for that store. This doesn't mean that you received the wrong bed.

For example the Simmons Beautyrest Atkins, is the exact same bed as the Simmons Beautyrest Ballmer, Simmons Beautyrest Calandra, Simmons Beautyrest Lusaka, Simmons Beautyrest Shawnee, Simmons Beautyrest Dade River, Simmons Beautyrest White Bay, Simmons Beautyrest Evonne, Simmons Beautyrest Angelique, and Simmons Beautyrest Stavros. The Sealy Posturepedic Adams Farm is the same as the Sealy Posturepedic Wysteria Lane, Sealy Posturepedic Hope Mills, Sealy Posturepedic Coastal Meadows, Sealy Posturepedic Harbor House, Sealy Posturepedic Courtland Square and Sealy Posturepedic Verdi Square.

Because there are so many names for each bed from the manufacturer you can see how this could happen. If you experience this the store where you purchased should be able to confirm that the name on the bed you received is exactly the same bed. You might want to get them to change the name on your invoice or write you a letter confirming the mix-up to validate the mix up if you ever have a warranty issue.

This will not change your warranty and is an easy fix! Just enjoy your new bed.
