We can't tell you how many times a day this question is asked. We have actually had customers tell us that a salesperson in a store told them never to buy online because they would be getting a used mattress. Absolutely not the case!
First of all our mattresses are made new for each of our customers. We order your mattress from Sealy, Stearns & Foster, Simmons, Tempur-pedic, Serta and Englander and it usually takes 3 to 5 day for the mattress set to be made. It is then delivered to our delivery agent and to you. It has not been sitting in a warehouse for a very long time.
For your protection whether you purchase online or from a store your mattress and box spring should arrive to you in heat sealed plastic from the manufacturer. Also for your protection the law tag at the head of the mattress will show the date the mattress was manufactured.
