What is a Comfort Exchange?

Hello Everyone,

Many stores offer a comfort exchange and they are a bit different from store to store. A comfort exchange is usually offered with a set at a certain price point and that varies from store to store. An exchange is an opportunity to exchange your mattress one time only within a period of time specified by the store. Exchanges usually involve a comfort exchange fee and re-delivery charge. Most require that you exchange for a mattress of equal or greater value. If you select something less expensive there are no refunds. Most of the time when a comfort exchange occurs it is someone who has purchased a bed that is just to firm and they need something softer.

It is always a good idea to ask when purchasing if they have a comfort exchange available to you. You should know within 14 days if your mattress is right for you.
This time frame allows a break in period for your mattress and also allows your body enough time to adjust if you were sleeping on a poorly supported mattress for a very long time. It is very important to give the mattress & your body at least 14 days to adjust. 99% of the time customers love their new bed after the adjustment time.

Our comfort exchange is offered for any set $799.00 or more. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. We have no comfort exchange fee and all that is required is the delivery charge to you and to return the exchanged mattress back to us. The exchange must be of equal or greater value. If greater value you only pay the difference between the two sets plus delivery.
