Talalay Latex and Dunlop Latex are both natural latex products. The main difference between the two products is the way they are processed. The process for the Talalay is more involved and more costly. The end result is that the Talalay is more consistent in the cell structure from the top of the piece to the bottom making it feel much softer. The processing for the Dunlop is different because in the processing natural sediments settle to the bottom giving the bottom of the Dunlop Latex a firmer feel. Both Latex products are good. If you take a look at our Simmons Beautyrest Natural Care Latex beds and look at the individual specifications you will see both Dunlop Latex and Talalay Latex used in their mattresses.
