We had a caller from Fairfax VA who was very concerned that her mattress was no longer comfortable and she had only had it for 5 years. She purchased a Sealy Posturepedic and after speaking with her she realized there was actually nothing wrong with her mattress but that her needs had really changed. She is experiencing pain from arthritis and we recommended she try a mattress with more softness to relieve the pressure she was experiencing. Sometimes it is necessary to change the mattress you are sleeping on after 5 or 8 years. If you have health issues that change and you are not sleeping well it is a good idea to take look at the comfort level of your mattress.
