Serta Perfect Sleeper

Hello Everyone,

We received an email from Sue in Texas asking for our help. She and her husband purchased a Serta Perfect Sleeper in 2008. The store she purchased from is now out of business and believes her mattress is defective. She needed to know what to do.

Your warranty is from the manufacturer not the store. If a store goes out of business contact the manufacturer who in this case is Serta and they will arrange an inspection of the mattress. Always keep your receipt in a safe place. Sue would not be able to get a copy of her receipt from the store. The manufacturer needs a copy of your sales receipt for the inspection to take place.
