Caller from Nebraska with warranty concerns. He was having his 2nd mattress exchanged and wanted to know if the Simmons Beautyrest Conner Plush was comparable to his last mattress. Our comparable mattress online is the Simmons Beautyrest Sutherland Plush. What we found out in talking to him is that he has had his queen mattress set on a bed frame that has no center support. He had a 3" sag in his mattress and that can happen without center support. It is very important that your mattress and box spring has the proper support.
