Simmons Beautyrest

Hello, I am writing to let you know we have alway purchases a Simmons mattress as we were never unhappy till now. The one we purchased was $1200 and we have only had it for 2 and a half years and we both wake up with back aches every morning and have for at lease a year. I was hoping you would be able to give us a replacement of some kind since we spend so much, Money it tight and this is so dissappointing as we both work a couple jobs and really need a good night sleep. Here is the information from the tag on our mattress: Manufacure date is 6/12/2007 Cereal#1601235080 warrenty code A Bar code 9409115479 M13405.70.7401 SO16086540-001000 SO Thanks for anything you can do for us.

You need to contact the store you purchased your Simmons Beautyrest mattress from. If the mattress is defective they will provide an inspection and if covered under your warranty Simmons will replace your mattress. If it just a comfort issue and there is nothing wrong with the mattress they will not replace your mattress. You can also contact Simmons directly at Simmons.com for more information.
