Linda called and had tried the Lucas Park Luxury Firm in a store in her local area. She was unaware that the Lucas Park also came in the Ultra Firm comfort level. She did not purchase the Luxury Firm from her local store because she felt it was to soft. Often times stores will only carry one or two comfort levels because they just do not have room on their floors to carry every one.
