When receiving a new mattress with the manufacturers warranty card it is always a good idea to read your warranty card and put in a safe place. It you have a warranty concern years later you will have your original warranty information and will know what is covered. If the store you purchased from is no longer in business you will be able to contact the manufacturer yourself and they will guide you through the warranty process.
