Our guests said that the mattress was very comfortable. We haven't slept on it personally - but I have laid down on it and I would have to give it a 5. This mattress was the equivalent to another S&F mattress that we purchased three years ago. We purchased the new mattress because we love it so much, and wanted to make sure that our guests had an equally comfortable experience.
